Derivatization of Chiral Compounds with Chiral Reagents and Separation their Isomers by HPLC System

Abstract


Chiral compounds such as alanine amino acid and s-aminethylated L-cystiene derivatized with chiral reagents such as Marfey's reagents, 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-b-D-glucopyranosylisothiocyanate (GITC) and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-b-D-glucopyranosylisothiocyanate (BGIT), were achieved and separated by optimizing good methods using high performance liquid chromatography.
