Abstrakt

AbstractDespite being a subject of discussion for over four decades, cost escalation and schedule overruns in quality shortfalls still persists as a challenge for construction projects. The present study was carried out to identify and rank the causal factors of cost escalation, schedule overrun and quality shortfalls in construction projects.
