Abstract

The word “Education” originated from Latin word "to bring up". Education in every sense is one of fundamental factor of development. No country can achieve sustainable economic development without substantial investment in human capital. Education enriches people's understanding of themselves and world. Education is a continue process. It deals with over growing man in ever growing society. The education system needs to make students and learners, innovators, scholars, researchers and trainers. The importance of education's is today's need as it is the not only the development of intellectual skills and knowledge but also to effective growth and development in Indian economy. Education improves the quality of human being lives and leads to enhance benefits to individual and society.
