Item Analysis of Nursing Entrance Test Paper
Abstrakt
AbstractImproving the quality of nursing education is not an easy task. One of the pre-conditions for better quality of teaching and learning is a clear understanding of what pupils should learn. Another important issue is the role of assessment in improving learning. The basic knowledge and aptitude for higher education is important to serve the purpose of higher education. Multiple-choice questions are dominating as a tool of entrance exam. Item analysis is an excellent way to periodically check the effectiveness of test items. The present study highlights the item analysis report of a B.Sc. Nursing entrance test paper and gives recommendations for essential development of question bank.
