Biography

Dr. Ishwar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at Hans Raj College, University of Delhi. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Botany from Delhi University in 2002. Then worked as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in M. B. (P.G.) College, Dadri (C.C.S. University, Meerut) for 9 Years. He is having 17 Years of Teaching and Research Experience in the field of Botany. His Area of Expertise includes: Microbiology, Mycology, Mycotoxins and antimicrobial properties of plants. He is the author of 20 research papers, articles and chapters in various peer reviewed journals, magazines and books, and recipient of UGC research Grant (2007-09), National Fellowship, MHRD (1995-97), Junior Research Fellowship, CSIR (1998-2000), Senior Research Fellowship, CSIR (2000-2001), UGC Research Award (2013) and Raman Post-Doctoral Fellowship to USA (2014).

Dr. Ajai Kumar Pandey is an Assistant Professor (SGr.) in the Kayachikitsa Department of Faculty of Ayurveda, Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He received his Ph.D. Degree in Department of Kayachikitsa on the topic entitled as “A Clinical Study on Certain Diabetic Complications under the Influence of Naimittika Rasāyana Therapy (with special reference to Niśāmalakī and Śilājatu)” from Banaras Hindu University in 2012 and earned his postdoctoral from the University of Banaras Hindu University. Then worked as an Assistant Professor in Department of Kayachikitsa, Faculty of Ayurveda, IMS, Banaras Hindu University for 7 (seven) Years. He is having 11 Years of Experience in the field of UG, PG & PhD Teaching, training and Research in Ayurveda. His Area of Expertise includes: Internal Medicine, Yoga & Yogic Sciences, Prediabetes/ Diabetes mellitus/Metabolic syndrome and obesity. He is the author of 4 (four) books on Ayurveda Chikitsa, recipient of Prof. U.A. Asrani Gold Medal in Yoga Diploma-2003 from Banaras Hindu University.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda is Scientist-II in National Research Institute of Ayurveda Drug Development, Department of AYUSH, Kolkata, India. He has completed MD (Gold Medalist) in Ayurvedic Medicine from the Calcutta University, Calcutta in the year 1998, India. He has 8 years of rich experience in teaching in the undergraduate and postgraduate colleges of Ayurveda. Dr. Panda has 6 years of rich experience as a Research Officer in CCRAS, Department of AYUSH, GOI. He has published more than sixty research papers in National and International Journals, News Letters etc. Dr. Panda guided four Postgraduate students/scholars of Ayurveda. He has published one book on "Fundamentals of Ayurveda".

Dr. Bathula Srinivas is a Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Herbal Studies & Naturo Sciences, Dravadian University, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mysore in 1999. He earned a total 12 years of rich teaching experience in his relevant field. His area of expertise includes Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Plant Genetics. He is the author of recipient of many any Grants/awards.

Dr. Lokanatha Valluru is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Department of Biotechnology, Dravadian University, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 1995 from Sri Venkateswara University, Andhra Pradesh, India. His area of expertise includes Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Environmental Science. He has his own publications in many National and International Journals. Dr. Valluru is a member in various scientific associations. He held in renowned positions as Director and Co-ordinator at various levels. He is the author of many recipients of any Grants, awards including; National Institute of Health Post-doctoral fellowship, UTMB, Galveston, USA, 2002; Intl. Soc. of Neurochem. (ISN) travel grant award, Bueonos Aires, ARGENTINA, 2001; Asian Molecular Biologists Organisation (AMBO) fellowship, Osaka, JAPAN, 1999; Young scientist travel grant award by FAOPS Congress, Brisbane, AUSTRALIA, 1998; Young scientist travel grant award by MPPS, Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA, 1996 etc.
