Dr. Wesam Almobaideen is a Professor in the Computer Science Department of King Abdullah II School for Information Technology at the University of Jordan. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from Bologna University in 2003. He is having more than eleven years of experience in the field of Wireless Computer Networks. His Area of Expertise includes: Wireless network, Routing protocols, TCP improvement for wireless networks. He is the author of more than 38 published papers and two books.

Zhangisina Gulnur Davletzhanovna is vice-rector of the Science from 26 August 2014 year. candidate of engineering sciences, doctor of pedagogic sciences, professor, honorary educationalist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the International Academy of Informatization, winner of the State grant «The best university teacher» (2005) and State scientific scholarship for scientist and specialists, who made a major contribution to the development of science and engineering (2006-2008), the holder of Gold Medal «European Quality(2014 y.)», Honored Worker of Science and Education of Russia, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization. Zhangissina G.D. -author of 5 monographs, over 20 learning aids and more than 280 scientific publications. She is listed in data base of leading scientists and teachers of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (July, 2005 y.). Zhangisina G.D. has over 70 publications in Europe (Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, CzechRepublic, Spane), in Turkey, USA and CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kyrgyzstan). Under the guidance of Zhangisina G.D. three postgraduate students has successfully defended their theses, one of them took degree of doctor of engineering sciences and two of them took the degree of candidate of engineering sciences (specialty 05.13.15 – Computing machines and systems). She was also a scientific adviser of 5 magistracy students, who have successfully defended their theses and took their master’s degrees on specialty 6М070400 – Computer science and software engineering and 1 Magister get 2- nd degree in information security in St. Petersburg, Institute of mechanics, optics and information technology(2014 y.). In 1992 Zhangisina G.D. she graduated from postgraduate course of Moscow energy university on specialty 05.13.13 – Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks. She is a specialist in the field of parallel computing and informatization of education. Results of her research work were implemented in the leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Germany.

Francesco Zirilli got his degrees from University di Roma La Sapienza: dottore degree in Mathematics in 1971 and dottore degree in Physics in 1972. Francesco Zirilli worked as a research scientist in Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy), Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences (New York), Rockfeller University (New York), Harvard University (Cambridge, Mass.). He has been several times visiting professor in Rice University (Houston, Texas). ln ltaly he has been a professor in University di Camerino, Università di Catania, Università di Salerno. He is currently professor at University di Roma La Sapienza. Full professor since 1981. He has been principal investigator in contracts granted from several organizations including: United States Army, United States Air Force, N.A.T.O., ltalian Space Agency. He has a wide experience in consulting in the industrial and service sectors. Francesco Zirilli is a research scientist whose interests are concentrated in applied mathematics and in the solution of problems in science and engineering through mathematical modeling. Francesco Zirilli serves in the editorial boards of several scientific journals including: Journal of Optimization Theory and its Applications, Journal of Global Optimization, Optimization Letters, Waves in Random and CompIex Media, Modern Economy, Communications and Networks. Francesco Zirilli is the author or coauthor of about 180 papers published in refereed journals and books.
